Phil Maytubby, B.S., R.P.S.
Director of Public Health Protection
Phil Maytubby is the Director of Public Health Protection at the Oklahoma City County Health Department (OCCHD). He earned his degree in Biology at the University of Central Oklahoma in 1986, and is a registered Professional Sanitarian since 1990. Phil has been affiliated with OCCHD since 1990, and has been the Incident Commander for the 2008 Hurricane Gustav Evacuation Shelter, 2012 West Nile Virus Outbreak, 2014 Ricin Cleanup, Ebola, Zika, and numerous tornado strikes. He has several papers and presentations from the Mid Continent Association of Food and Drug officials, and the 2014 NACCHO Preparedness Summit, among others.
