Carlos Cardillo is a professional with history of directing cutting-edge research programs, he served as a research director in startup companies in Reno, Nevada and Principal Investigator for the US Department of Defense (USDOD). Dr. Cardillo also served as VP for R&D for a research institution and CFO for a medical startup company in New York. Carlos has developed, implemented and successfully executed large research programs sponsored by the USDOT and USDOD, including the Special Operation Command and Office of Naval Research. Additional research managing experience includes industrial programs in mining operations, semiconductor and drug development.
