Tara Craigen has over 20 years of industry experience including 15+ years in automotive manufacturing at General Motors. She is passionate about making things better and has been an Operational Excellence leader for multiple domains. In 2018, Tara joined the ADAS team at GM to help create innovative solutions that will enable the dream of self-driving vehicles to become reality. Tara provides leadership to a team of engineers focused on the development of active safety and autonomous technologies for lateral controls. Throughout her career, Tara has been exceptionally skilled at motivating diverse teams to perform at the highest level.
