Matt Ginsberg is a Principal and Co-Founder of Tai Ginsberg & Associates, LLC (TG&A). He has nearly 10 years of lobbying experience including drafting and passing legislation, performing business development services, coordinating lobbying strategies, securing federal funding, and representing clients before Congress, executive branch agencies, and industry associations. Over the course of his tenure, he has successfully secured over hundreds of millions of dollars in discretionary grants and helped pass numerous impactful legislative initiatives for his clients.
At TG&A, Mr. Ginsberg’s client base is primarily focused on a mixture of public agencies and high profile corporate clients. He represents clients ranging from local governments, transportation technology companies, automakers, railroads, airports, transit agencies, ADS and AV-related technology companies, and other private sector domestic and international transportation clients. He also serves as the VP of Regulatory and Legislative Affairs for a transportation trade association managed from within the firm. In this capacity, he serves as lead on safety and regulatory issues for the association. Prior to helping launch TG&A, Mr. Ginsberg worked for a similar client base and set of issues at DC-based lobbying firm Chambers, Conlon & Hartwell.
Previously, Mr. Ginsberg worked for Congressman Jared Polis (CO-2), member of the powerful House Rules Committee, in his Washington DC office. During the 2008 election cycle, Mr. Ginsberg worked for Media Strategies and Research, a political media consulting firm in Denver, Colorado, where he helped manage the communications strategy for a major presidential campaign. He also previously worked for Senator Ken Salazar (CO) in his Washington DC office.
Mr. Ginsberg received his BA, magna cum laude, for a double major in Political Science and International Affairs from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado.
